Hi, I’m Donna Jones, the proud owner of Slam the Weight, a boutique gym dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals. I’m a retired WCPS teacher and U.S. Army veteran, with a lifelong passion for health and fitness.
I’ve been a vegetarian for over 32 years, and I love meal prepping to support a balanced, healthy lifestyle. I’ve completed several 5Ks and biked the entire C&O Canal from Cumberland, MD, to Washington, DC. In 2016, I turned my passion into my profession by becoming a certified personal trainer, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives.
